The Killing - Choeung Ek.

It doesn't get much morbid then this place, it really is horrific how man can carry out these acts to his fellow man. A true insight into mans inhumanity to his fellow man. The ground here still bears bone and clothes through the soil.

The temple in the picture houses hundreds of skulls many bearing the marks of bullet holes, machete and blunt object marks.

I only took the below pictures because: 1) out of respect for the dead that lay here 2) I really don't need a reminder or permanent memory of how grim this place was, what I saw in this place will stay with me forever.

Sadly however other tourists are not so respectful, walking by clicking the camera and moving on quickly without even a moments reflection for the 150 people that lay in the ground at that mass grave. There was a tree which the Kmer Rogue used to kill babies by bashing their heads against the tree's trunk, taking a moment to reflect the insensitive tourists (Some of whom should really know better) clicked and off they went..a shameful act in my opinion.
