Napier to Wellington

The 320kms drive wasn't too bad as we pretty much took yesterday off to recover and we are feeling 100% again! We arrived in Wellington early afternoon and after much rain we decided to look for some where for the night, there are no campsites in Wellington City Centre area but some eldery dutch man told me in Napier that we should park in the 'Ta Papa' car park for $8 a night and were beside everything and he was right it was very handy! We went for a nice Thai meal tonight I got the 'three alcoholics' asked for the hottest option and waitress said "are you sure?", so I decide to go with the hotter option instead, believe me it would kill any cold, it was so hot when I got back to the van I had to put the toilet roll in the fridge!!! :)
