Bariloche Horse Riding

We started the day horseriding with Huara cabalagatas Bariloche. Our guide Anita took just myself and Tina on a 2 hour trek with our horses Black and Queen along with the dog who was also called black. We went up the mountain to enjoy the marvellous views of Bariloche. The dog apparently lives with the horses and ran away 3 times from it's only before he let him stay with the horses.

Hate to say it but I had yet another steak tonight! Can't get enough of this Argentine Beef!

Traffic lights will never seem the same again! Almost everyone so far seems to have a busker of some origin!

Best steak in Argentina (apparently)

After a hard day bike riding, what better way to get the energy levels up then with the best steaks in town, myself an Tina opted for the Bife de Lomo (Filet Mignon)...the most expensive steak on the menu, and we both agreed it was the most tender steak we've ever had and not an ounce of fat on it...cooked to perfection, medium! After reading reviews about the small side portions we got some mash and fires and what arrived out was a mountain of food!

I managed to finish all my steaks and some of Tinas but was stuffed after them! All in all I recommend the EL Boliche 'de Alberto' just one thing missing, a nice pepper sauce on the side!

Bariloche Bike-ride - Circuito Chico

We done the circuit chico today, about 25kms of scenic landscape on a relatively quiet road, it's about 18kms outside of Bariloche.

My other half failed to conquer the odd hill so I can a collection of photo's of her walking the bike up, I shouldn't be so bad as I've been cycling for 20 odd years and she'd outswim we any day of the week...so it all even's out

I bid farewell to a fallen comrade on this trip, my trusty Swiss Army knife (Real one!!) which was left at the beach I can only presume. I'm sure my mother has a huge surplus of these in stock or she contacted John de Chastelain to decommission them!

Not really much else to add but a few cool spots to drop in for a beer and other then that enjoy the scenery.

Tonight we will eat at the world/argentina famous El Boliche de Alberto which will be a separate post in itself....stay tuned!
