KL Day 2

Well I went out to do some sightseeing today and left the SD card in the laptop! Doh...Oh well! Went to Chinatown & had a look at all the hussle bussle and the Petronas tower and a few other places

We went for a bite to eat down Jalon Alor & had yet some more lovely Asian food. After which we had a few 'Jaz' beers which I must say is a superior beer to Tiger. We had the usual touts come up to us trying to sell us everything from wooden pots that flatten to laser pointers and nail file kits, fir enough the one that pissed me of the most was the fake monk going around begging for money..(real monks are not allowed to do this).

We went to view the Petronas Towers again this time at night, this building really is something else. That's enough for one day tomorrow we head to Penang, but we will be back in KL after a few days to see the Batu caves and catch a flight to Cambodia.

Kuala Lumpur Day 1

Flew Air Asia to KL, it was a fantastic flight to say the least, we got the shuttle bus to Sentral and 'took the monorail to our b & b. We found a really nice spot to eat down one of the side streets (the big bottle of beer is mine!), it was great watching the 2 restaurants touting people off the street from each other. As you can see from the red writing on the boarding card they do mean business over here, however it seems very Westernised as far as I can see so far.
