G'Day It's Australia Day

Australia Day is similar to St Paddys Day but I think we beat them hands down on the drinking! It's a day all Australians pay homage to Kangaroo's, Boomerangs, Fosters, Mick 'Crocodile' Dundee and [insert cliche here].

It's a day off work anyway!

Bats!

The Botanic Gardens and nearby parks host an abundance of bats, it must be mating seasons as there's some strange noises coming from those trees!

Psycho - Sydney Opera House

My first time inside the Opera House, We saw Psycho on the big screen while the Sydney Lyrical Orchestra played the usual string based music from the original film, well worth going to see as it was a 1 night only affair celebrating the 50th anniversary of Hitchcock's classic.

Glad we didn't go here for NYE!
